The meeting was called to order by President, Bob Johnson, at 7:05 p.m. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. The treasure’s report followed. The Chapter now has $241.47 balance in the 315 account, and balance outstanding of $28.20. The Military Ball has been canceled until January 4 so Corsage Sale has been cancelled until further notice. Also, University Symphony will perform on December 12 and men are needed to set up the chairs. Other service projects are ushering at the concert, ushering at the University Theatre play, setting up a chairs for career day.
Board of Review for the perspective brothers will be held on December 10 starting at 6:30 p.m. The three boards will be comprised of the following brothers:
There will be a party on January 4. Also a Christmas party will take place on December 14 at Bowditch Lodge.
APO and GSS might possibly go caroling around Christmas.
Nomination for the chapter offices are as follows:

The proposals for forming and new chapters for the following free colleges were unanimously accepted the free future chapters received the approval of Kappa Omicron chapter were:
There will be a Battle of the Bands on March 6.
